Notes of wild berries, tobacco, and spices persist for a long time, highlighting a perfect balance between freshness and complexity. Terroir: The Nebbiolo grapes for this Barolo come from the Rocche dell'Annunziata vineyard, located in the heart of the historic Barolo area. The calcareous and clayey soils of this cru, combined with optimal exposure and a unique microclimate, give the wine a complex structure and unmistakable elegance, perfect for aging.
Vinification: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with a long maceration to extract maximum aroma and structure. This is followed by aging for about 24 months in small French oak barrels, which round out the tannins and give the wine greater aromatic complexity and an elegance that develops over time.
