Origin: Aberfeldy Distillery, Perthshire, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, founded in 1896.
Raw materials: High-quality malted barley and pure water from the Pitilie Burn.
Color: Pale gold, bright and crystal clear.
Aroma: Notes of sweet honey, broom flowers, and lightly toasted dried fruit; delicate vanilla in the background.
Taste: Soft and round, with honey, baked apple, and a light hint of sweet spices. Clean, warm, and pleasant finish.
Alcohol content: 40% vol
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C
Pairings: Excellent with: aged cheeses, roast meats, dishes with mushrooms and truffles, caramelized desserts, or as an after-dinner digestif, simple and relaxed.
Terroir: The pure waters of the Highlands bring freshness to the distillate and preserve its local identity.
Distillation: Double distillation in traditional copper pot stills, with slow maturation in ex-sherry and bourbon oak casks.
