Ingredients: Cooked grape must from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes
Color: Intense and brilliant dark brown
Aroma: Complex and enveloping, with notes of fine wood, ripe fruit, and hints of sweet spices
Flavor: Balanced between sweet and sour, with pleasant acidity and a velvety body; hints of dried fruit, vanilla, and toasted wood emerge
Aging: Minimum 25 years in batteries of casks made of different woods, such as chestnut, cherry, oak, and juniper
Size: 100 ml
Pairings: Ideal raw on Parmigiano Reggiano, strawberries, vanilla ice cream, risottos, and red meats; perfect for enhancing gourmet dishes and refined desserts
Production: The Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP Extravecchio by Acetaia Aggazzotti is obtained from cooked grape must, naturally fermented and acetified, with no added caramel or other additives. Aging takes place through annual transfers into different wooden casks, which give the product its unique organoleptic characteristics.
