Bouquet: Intense and aromatic, with floral notes of white flowers, wisteria, and citrus. Hints of fresh fruit such as peach and apricot also emerge, along with a light nuance of honey.
Taste: Sweet, fresh, and lively, with a pleasant effervescence that balances the sweetness. The fruity and floral notes perceived on the nose reappear on the palate, with a delicate, harmonious finish that leaves a refreshing sensation.

Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fruit-based desserts, tarts, and creamy cakes. Also perfect with dry pastries, almond cookies, and light cakes.
Terroir: The Moscato vineyards used for this sparkling wine are located in the hills of Veneto, characterized by a mild climate and mineral-rich soils, which give the wine a characteristic aromatic bouquet and natural freshness.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a soft pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature using the Charmat method, which involves a second fermentation in pressurized tanks to achieve the effervescence typical of sparkling wines.
