Terroir: The grapes come from the best crus of the Champagne region, with chalky soils that confer elegance and finesse to the wine. The temperate climate favors a balanced ripening of the grapes, enhancing freshness and aromatic complexity.
Vinification: After a manual harvest, the grapes undergo soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by blending with reserve wines to ensure continuity of style. Aging on the lees lasts for at least three years, imparting complexity and refinement.
