Aroma: Complex, delicate and enveloping, with predominant notes of clary sage, small wild berries, grapefruit, and vanilla.
Taste: Rich and enveloping, with a silky texture that lingers long on the palate.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Ideal as a meditation spirit after a meal; it pairs well with desserts based on dried fruit, dark chocolate, and dry pastries. Also excellent with blue cheeses.
Terroir: The Moscato pomace comes from the best production areas in Piedmont, carefully selected to ensure maximum quality.
Distillation and Aging: Discontinuous distillation in steam-powered copper stills. Aged for 8 years in barrels of different woods, which impart complexity and depth to the spirit.
Description: The "Bric del Gaian" 2016 Grappa is a tribute to Mr. Galliano, owner of a Moscato vineyard near the Berta farmhouse. This spirit rests for eight years in barrels, acquiring a softness and complexity that reflect the sweetness of the Piedmontese hills.
