Taste: Lively and fruity, slightly sharp on the attack and sweetly rounded on the finish

Pairings: Ideal for an aperitif, it pairs well with smoked salmon, Pata Negra ham, marinated raw fish, grilled shrimp, and Parma ham. It also lends itself well to pairings with exotic, Asian, or Indian cuisines.
Terroir: The grapes come primarily from the southern and northern sectors of the Montagne de Reims, including the famous Côte de Bouzy, with a selection of about ten crus, including Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois, and Tours-sur-Marne.
Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and undergo maceration for 48-72 hours, allowing for the extraction of the color and aromas characteristic of Pinot Noir. Subsequently, the wine ages on its lees for at least 4 years, ensuring complexity and finesse.
Description: Created in 1968, the Cuvée Rosé by Laurent-Perrier is recognized for its consistency and high quality. It offers a sensory experience dominated by freshness and aromas of freshly picked red fruits, resulting in a soft and round palate.
