Nose: Complex and inviting, with notes of toasted wood, vanilla, caramel, and sweet spices. Hints of nutmeg, orange peel, and a slight smoky oak scent emerge, reminiscent of aging in new charred barrels.
Taste: Warm and structured, with a perfect balance between sweetness and spice. The corn provides roundness and softness, while the rye offers a lively spicy freshness. Notes of caramel, honey, black pepper, and toasted wood lead to a long, dry, and harmonious finish with hints of vanilla and toffee.

Serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C, ideal served neat or with a large ice cube.
Pairings: Perfect on its own or as a base for classic cocktails like an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, or Whiskey Sour. Pairs beautifully with barbecue, smoked meats, dark chocolate, and aged cheeses.
Terroir: Kentucky is the home of bourbon, thanks to its pure limestone water and the warm-humid climate that fosters uniform aging. New charred American oak barrels (Char #4) provide structure and aromatic depth, with elegant notes of vanilla, spices, and oak.
Distillation: The mash bill is fermented with proprietary yeasts and column-distilled, following bourbon tradition. This is followed by a minimum of 6 years of aging in new charred American oak barrels, which impart complexity and smoothness.
