Color: Intense golden yellow with bright reflections
Nose: Elegant and complex, with hints of yellow-fleshed fruit, such as peach and apricot, enriched by nuances of vanilla, butter, and light toasted notes due to aging in wood
Taste: Soft and structured, with a perfect balance between freshness and roundness. Notes of ripe fruit emerge on the palate with a long finish, enriched by a delicate minerality and a light creamy sensation, which give this wine a pleasant roundness and depth
Alcohol content: 13.5%
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Pairings: Excellent when paired with complex fish dishes such as baked sea bass, shellfish and lobster, white meats, creamy risottos, and pasta dishes with rich sauces. Also ideal with soft and semi-aged cheeses
Terroir: The vines grow on hilly clay-limestone soils in the Panzano in Chianti area, which gives the wine remarkable minerality. The typical Tuscan climate, with hot, dry summers and cool nights, fosters a complete and balanced ripening of the grapes, enhancing both the freshness and aromatic complexity of the Chardonnay
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo soft pressing and fermentation in French oak barriques. The wine is then aged on the fine lees for 12 months, allowing for a harmonic integration of tertiary aromas and greater complexity of the flavor profile

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
