Terroir: The pomace used for these grappas comes from the best areas of Piedmont, selected from the finest producers in typical production zones.
Vinification: The fermented pomace is distilled using discontinuous steam copper stills. Subsequently, the grappas mature for eight years in different types of wood barrels, developing complexity and aromatic depth.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
