Raw materials: Blended Scotch composed of malt and grain whiskies
Color: Golden amber with luminous highlights
Aroma: Elegant and complex, with notes of ripe fruit (pear, melon), dried fruit, sweet spices, vanilla, cocoa, light tobacco, and toasted nuances
Taste: Enveloping and round, with sherry-like sweetness, touches of ginger, cinnamon, and biscuit; notes of honey, malted barley, orange chocolate, cereals, and a hint of delicate smoke
Finish: Long and persistent, with hints of malt, spices, dark chocolate, vanilla, and dried fruit
Alcohol content: 40% ABV
Serving temperature: Ideal at room temperature, served neat or with a few drops of water
Pairings: Perfect for meditation, it pairs well with high-quality dark chocolate, toasted nuts, aged cheeses, and premium cigars
Terroir: The heart of the blend is derived from Speyside malts (including Strathisla), all aged for at least 21 years in oak casks that provide complexity and roundness

Description: Chivas Regal Royal Salute 21 Years is an ultra-premium blended Scotch whisky, created in 1953 to celebrate the coronation of Elizabeth II. The name references the 21-gun salute fired at royal ceremonies. Refined and elegant, it is characterized by intense aromas of fruit, spices, and vanilla, a balanced and velvety mouthfeel, and a very long finish. It is considered one of the highest expressions of the Chivas Brothers tradition, with a sumptuous and celebratory character.
