Terroir: Sourced from the Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards of the Champagne region, the chalky soils impart a unique minerality and inimitable freshness. The cool, temperate climate promotes slow ripening and a distinctive aromatic complexity.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with care to enhance the purity of the terroir. After the first fermentation, the wine undergoes a long maturation on the lees in the bottle, following the Champenoise method, to ensure a fine perlage and a complex structure.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
