Raw Material: Blend of malt and grain whiskies (over 100 different batches)

Color: Intense amber with golden and copper reflections

Aroma: Complex and enveloping, with floral notes of lilac, ripe fruit such as apricot, peach and plum, accompanied by vanilla, sweet spices and a light hint of leather and toasted oak

Taste: Full and powerful, yet elegant. Ripe fruit, caramel, honey, and spices such as black pepper and cloves emerge on the palate, supported by woody notes. Long, warm and persistent finish, with an enveloping sweetness balanced by a spicy vein

Alcohol content: 51.4%

Serving temperature: 13-15 °C, ideal neat or with a drop of water to open up the aromas

Pairings: Excellent as a meditation whisky, perfect neat or with ice. Pairs with foie gras, rich meat-based dishes, mushrooms, aged cheeses and dark chocolate. Also refined in a highball or classic cocktails

Terroir: The soul of this whisky is born from the meeting of two terroirs: Yoichi, near the sea with a cold climate that lends power and minerality, and Miyagikyo, surrounded by mountains, which provides finesse and aromatic softness. Production: A blend of over 100 malt and grain whiskies. After assembly, it is left to “marry” in used oak casks for several months so that the components harmonize perfectly. Bottled at a high proof to preserve intensity and structure
