Grape variety: Merlot 90%, with the addition of Pinot Noir, Cabernet, and Carminoir for the remaining 10%
Colour: Bright ruby red
Bouquet: Aromas of ripe fruit such as plum and strawberry, with delicate spicy notes
Taste: Moderate structure with flavors of plum and spices typical of Merlot; soft tannins that provide pleasant drinkability
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Ideal with white meats, pasta dishes with light sauces, soft cheeses, and charcuterie appetizers
Terroir: Vineyards located on south-facing slopes at an altitude of 300-450 meters above sea level, with sandy, humus-rich, and clayey soils that are well-drained and slightly acidic
Vinification: Cold maceration to extract aromas, followed by a short alcoholic fermentation to obtain softer tannins; aging in large wooden barrels for about a year, during which malolactic fermentation also occurs

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
