Aroma: Fresh and delicate, with notes of white flowers, citrus fruits such as lime and grapefruit, hints of white peach, and subtle nuances of almond and flint that add complexity to the bouquet.
Taste: Dry, lively, and very fresh, characterized by a pleasant acidity and minerality. On the palate, it offers fruity and citrus sensations, with a long, harmonious finish that leaves a savory and slightly almond-like trace, typical of the Cortese grape.

Vinification: The Cortese grapes are hand-picked and vinified through temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve freshness and varietal aromas. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks for a short period before bottling, in order to maintain its characteristics of freshness and fruit.
