Origin: Lima, Peru – The Inca Distillery craft distillery.
Raw materials: Juniper berries, coriander, Peruvian lemon, huacatay, and Andean mint.
Color: Clear and crystalline.
Nose: Fresh and balsamic, with intense citrus and herbaceous notes.
Palate: Balanced, with citrus freshness and a dry, elegant finish.
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
Serving temperature: 6–8 °C.
Pairings: Perfect in dry Martinis to enhance its complexity, ideal in Gin & Tonics with dry, low-sugar tonics, and also suitable for sipping neat to appreciate its Peruvian botanicals.
Production: Gin’Ca’s production is deliberately small-scale and artisanal: each batch consists of just 160 bottles, the result of a meticulously detailed process that combines native Peruvian botanicals with cane alcohol, making this gin an exclusive and rare spirit, designed for true connoisseurs.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
