Terroir: The grapes come from the best vineyards in the Champagne region, characterized by calcareous soils that impart minerality and freshness to the wine. The temperate climate with continental influences favors balanced ripening of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method (methode champenoise). The wine matures on the lees for a minimum period of 36 months, developing complexity and finesse.
