Nose: A generous bouquet with initial sweet notes of wild strawberries, raspberries, and pomegranate seeds, followed by hints of blood orange and starfruit. Facets of black pepper, dark chocolate, cinnamon, dried flowers, and fresh leather complete the aroma.
Palate: On the palate, the attack is full-bodied, revealing a polished structure of Pinot Noir accompanied by sensations of stone fruit such as plums and cherries. The texture is finely powdered, with a delicate astringency that underscores a long persistence, enriched by hints of pink grapefruit and lime zest.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Ideal with fish-based dishes, shellfish, white meats, and soft cheeses. Also perfect with red fruit or citrus-based desserts.
Terroir: The vineyards of Champagne, characterized by chalky soils, offer a perfect balance between freshness, acidity, and complexity. The grapes for this cuvée benefit from a unique terroir, which gives the wine elegance and longevity.
Vinification: Produced exclusively from selected grapes of the 2013 vintage, vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel, followed by a long aging on the lees of over 7 years, which gives the wine complexity and depth.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
