Grape Variety: A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay
Colour: Straw yellow with golden highlights; fine and persistent perlage
Bouquet: Intense and fresh, with notes of green apple, citrus, and white flowers, enriched by mineral hints and nuances of toasted hazelnut
Taste: Lively and harmonious, with a pleasant freshness and a balanced structure. On the palate, flavors of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and light notes of brioche emerge, with a long and delicately mineral finish
Serving Temperature: 6-8° C
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with seafood, oysters, sushi, sashimi, scallops, and fish dishes. It is also ideal with white meats and fresh cheeses
Terroir: The grapes come from over 200 crus in the Champagne region, with a predominance of Pinot Noir for structure, Pinot Meunier for roundness, and Chardonnay for finesse. The vineyards benefit from a temperate climate and calcareous soils that ensure optimal grape ripening
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, with aging on the lees for at least 24 months, followed by a dosage of 7 g/liter to achieve the Brut character

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
