Terroir: The grapes come from the best crus in the Champagne region, characterized by a cool climate and limestone soils that give the wine freshness and minerality. The combination of grape varieties provides complexity and refinement.
Vinification: The cuvée is crafted following the traditional champenoise method. After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve the freshness of the aromas. A second fermentation in the bottle and aging on the lees for at least 24 months complete the process, giving the wine aromatic complexity and structure.
