Origin: Sion, Valais, Switzerland.
Grape variety: Sylvaner (known locally as Johannisberg).
Colour: Intense golden yellow with amber highlights.
Bouquet: Complex and enveloping, with predominant notes of raisins and a hint of toasted almonds.
Taste: Powerful on the palate, with primary flavours of candied grapes. The finish is long and fresh, characterized by a pleasant vibrancy.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
Food pairings: Ideal with mi-cuit or fresh goose foie gras, crawfish feuilleté, soufflés, truffle-based dishes, and tarte tatin.
Terroir: The vines are located on south-facing terraces on light soils consisting of calcareous schists and clay marls, benefiting from a unique Mediterranean microclimate.
Vinification: The grapes, harvested late during the first frosts, undergo a traditional vinification process that enhances the intense aromas of candied fruit and acacia honey.

Produced from late harvests, it offers a harmonious balance between sweetness and freshness, with intense aromas of candied fruit, acacia honey, and sweet spices.
