Origin: Islay Island, Scotland
Raw materials: Single Malt – malted barley smoked with local peat
Color: Bright, luminous, and intense gold
Nose: Rich and complex, with notes of peat smoke, coconut, banana, and vanilla, accompanied by maritime scents and mineral hints
Palate: Full and layered: intense smoky peat balanced by the sweetness of caramel and vanilla, with echoes of candied fruit, licorice, light spices, and citrus. The maritime character of Islay emerges with saline and iodine notes
Finish: Very long, smoky and spicy, with a honey and vanilla sweetness that harmonizes the dryness of the wood
Alcohol content: 48%
Serving temperature: 16-18 °C, possibly with a few drops of water to open up its aromas
Pairings: Excellent to enjoy on its own; pairs well with smoked dishes, grilled red meats, aged cheeses, and intensely flavored cured meats
Terroir: Islay, an island famous for its maritime peat, which gives the whisky unique notes of smoke, salt, and iodine
Production: Double maturation – first in ex-Bourbon casks, then aged in smaller casks (“quarter casks”) that increase wood-to-distillate contact, adding roundness and complexity

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
