Nose: Complex and enveloping, with notes of Morello cherries, raspberries, blackberries, dark chocolate, vanilla, and a floral touch of white roses
Taste: Rich and elegant, with aromas of red berries and sweet spices, supported by a creamy structure and pleasant freshness

Food pairings: Ideal with grilled fish dishes, seafood, white meats, Asian cuisine, and soft-ripened cheeses
Terroir: Vines located on clay-limestone hills with optimal sun exposure, which give the wine minerality and complexity
Vinification: Hand-harvested in small crates, direct pressing, and fermentation in temperature-controlled demi-muids, followed by aging for approximately 11 months on fine lees
Description: Les Clans is a premium rosé, conceived as a great white Burgundy. Produced from old Grenache vines and a touch of Rolle, it offers a sophisticated tasting experience, with an aromatic complexity and structure that also make it suitable for aging.
