Palate: Sweet and harmonious, with a decisive citrus taste, lively freshness, and a lingering aftertaste of natural lemon. Well-balanced between acidity and sweetness, not cloying.

Serving temperature: Serve very cold, straight from a chilled bottle or with ice. Excellent as a digestif.
Pairings: Ideal after meals, it pairs well with lemon-based desserts, creams, ice creams, and sorbets. An excellent ingredient for fresh, citrusy cocktails.
Terroir: Produced with selected lemon peels, processed in Ticino according to a traditional recipe that enhances the natural aromatics of the citrus fruits.
Production: Obtained from the infusion of lemon peels in alcohol, with the subsequent addition of sugar and water to create a balanced liqueur.
