Origin: Jarnac, Charente, France – Cru Grande Champagne (Premier Cru)

Raw materials: Cognac aged for at least 2 years in white oak barrels, enriched with Williams pears from the Black Forest

Color: Intense amber with golden and copper highlights

Nose: Elegant and complex, with notes of ripe Williams pear, fresh floral nuances, combined with the warm, spicy scents of Cognac, vanilla, and fine wood

Taste: Sweet and velvety, balanced between the fruity freshness of the pear and the roundness of the Cognac. A long, harmonious, and persistent finish with a fruity and slightly spicy closure

Alcohol content: 30%

Serving temperature: 6/8 °C – also excellent with ice or mixed with Champagne

Pairings: Perfect as an after-dinner digestif. Pairs well with dark chocolate, vanilla desserts, dried fruits, and fine pastries. Also ideal as an aperitif with Champagne or as a refined cocktail ingredient

Terroir: The grapes come from the vineyards of Grande Champagne, Premier Cru of Cognac, characterized by chalky and limestone soils that impart finesse and elegance to the distillate. Temperate climate with significant diurnal temperature range, favorable for slow grape ripening

Production: Williams pears are harvested at full ripeness and macerated in pear distillate. Through a rotary process, a concentrated juice is obtained (approximately 14 kg of pears are needed for a 70 cl bottle). This juice is blended with Cognac aged for at least 2 years in white oak barrels, giving life to an elegant and aromatic liqueur
