Palate: Fresh and vibrant on the palate, with well-balanced acidity and a slight savoriness on the finish. Hints of tropical fruit and citrus emerge, with pleasant complexity and persistence

Pairings: Perfect with seafood, grilled fish, tuna tartare, poultry in creamy sauces, and fresh or semi-aged cheeses. Also ideal with dishes based on asparagus or delicate risottos
Terroir: The vines are grown on south-facing terraces, enjoying a unique microclimate thanks to the protection of the Crête des Maladaires. The calcareous-clay soils with sandy limestone schist promote a balance between minerality and freshness, enhancing the varietal characteristics of the Petite Arvine
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand at full ripeness and undergo soft pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh and fruity aromas. This is followed by a short aging on the lees to add complexity and structure

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
