Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, brilliant and luminous.
Aroma: Elegant and fresh, with fragrant notes of green apple, pear, and delicate hints of white flowers such as acacia, accompanied by touches of citrus and bread crust.
Taste: Fresh, lively, and well-balanced, with fine and persistent bubbles. The palate is soft and delicately fruity, with echoes of apple and citrus. It presents good minerality and a pleasant acidity that gives length and persistence on the palate.

Serving temperature: 6-8°C
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it perfectly accompanies light appetizers, shellfish, grilled fish, and delicate risottos. Also excellent with fresh cold cuts and soft cheeses, or vegetable-based dishes.
Terroir: The Glera vines for “Cruner” are grown in the hills of Valdobbiadene, on soils of morainic origin with a climate influenced by the proximity of the Prealps. These soils give the wine a marked minerality and freshness. The altitudes and significant temperature variations allow for optimal grape ripening, enhancing the aromatic profile and liveliness.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in white to preserve the freshness and delicacy of the aromas. This is followed by secondary fermentation according to the Charmat method, with aging on the lees for several months, which gives the wine fine effervescence and a refined aromatic bouquet.
