The geographical conformation and good sun exposure contribute to the optimal ripening of the Glera grapes, enhancing their freshness and aromatic characteristics.
Vinification: The harvest is manual to preserve the quality of the grapes. After delicate pressing, the must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation. Subsequently, the second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method, which enhances the fresh and fruity notes of the Prosecco, giving the wine its characteristic fine perlage.
