Origin: Mombaruzzo, Asti, Piedmont, Italy
Grape variety and origin of the pomace: Selection of Nebbiolo and Barbera pomace from the most suitable areas of Piedmont.
Color: Bright amber.
Aroma: Complex, broad, and enveloping, with great personality. It presents a concert of sensations in which notes of ripe fruit, cherry, tobacco, cocoa, and vanilla stand out.
Taste: Rich and enveloping, it confirms the seductive sensations perceived on the nose, offering a consistent and profound tasting experience.
Alcohol content: 43% vol.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
Pairings: Ideal as a meditation spirit, it pairs perfectly with high-quality dark chocolate, cocoa-based desserts, and dry pastries. Also excellent with blue cheeses and fine cigars.
Terroir: The pomace used comes from vineyards located in the most suitable areas of Piedmont, where the temperate climate and mineral-rich soils contribute to giving complexity and structure to the Nebbiolo and Barbera grapes.
Distillation and aging: The pomace is distilled separately using the traditional discontinuous method in steam-heated copper stills. Subsequently, the grappa is aged for several years in wooden barrels of different types and toast levels, which enrich the spirit with complex aromas and soften its organoleptic profile.
