Terroir: The vineyards are located in the areas of Pedrinate, Obino and Sementina, in Canton Ticino, Switzerland. The diverse soil characteristics in these areas give the wine a unique complexity
Vinification: Fermentation and long maceration in steel tanks for about a month, followed by 18 months of aging in new and second-fill barriques (about 50% each)

On the palate, it is fresh and light, with beautiful acidity and fine, well-integrated tannins, culminating in a long finish with ethereal and savory notes.
