Color: Clear and crystalline straw yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage.
Nose: Intense and complex, with floral and fruity aromas, delicate citrus notes, and nuances reminiscent of fresh bread, creating a beautiful harmony.
Taste: Fresh, decisive, and substantial attack. Elegant and harmonious, with a long and savory finish.
Alcohol content: 12.8% Vol
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif and paired with appetizers, shellfish, foie gras, aged cheeses, fish, roast beef, smoked salmon, and local cured meats.
Terroir: The Pinot Noir grapes come from vineyards located in the Mendrisiotto, a region characterized by a mild climate and soils favorable to viticulture, which bestow elegance and complexity upon the wine.
Vinification: Traditional method with 24 months of aging on the lees, produced entirely at the Gialdi winery in Mendrisio.
