Grape Variety: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and other indigenous varieties

Color: From intense ruby to deep amber with mahogany highlights, depending on the aging

Nose: Complex and refined, with aromas of ripe fruit, figs, dates, caramel, toasted nuts, sweet spices, and vanilla.

Palate: Smooth, structured, and enveloping. On the palate, one can perceive candied red fruits, dark chocolate, honey, dried fruit, and noble woods. Long, balanced finish, rich in spicy nuances.

Alcohol Content: 20%

Serving Temperature: 12/16° C

Pairings: Perfectly pairs with blue cheeses, fig and nut tarts, dark chocolate, caramel desserts, and dried fruit. Also ideal as a meditation wine.

Terroir: The grapes come from the steep terraced slopes of the Douro Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The schistous soils and the dry, sunny climate grant the wine intensity, freshness, and great aging potential.

Vinification: After fermentation, the wine is fortified with grape spirit and subjected to long aging in oak barrels. The cuvées include a careful blend of selected vintages to faithfully represent each aging category
