Origin: Kagoshima, Japan – distilled on the southern coast of Kyushu.
Raw materials: Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, sansho pepper, local citrus.
Color: Crystal clear.
Nose: Intense citrus, with fresh notes of yuzu, lime, and mandarin.
Taste: Lively, with a balance between acidity, light spices, and juniper.
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
Serving temperature: 6–8 °C
Pairings: Perfect in a Gin & Tonic with a neutral or pink grapefruit tonic. Excellent for citrus-based cocktails such as Yuzu Gin & Soda, White Negroni, or Gin Sour. Interesting to enjoy neat, ideal paired with sushi, sashimi, and fusion dishes based on fish and fresh vegetables.
Terroir: The botanicals used come from Japan: yuzu and mikan provide freshness and citrus intensity, while sansho pepper adds a unique spicy touch. The shōchū base, a traditional Japanese grain distillate, offers smoothness and an authentic signature. The name “Ukiyo” evokes the Japanese aesthetic of the “floating world,” an invitation to live in the present with lightness and harmony.
Distillation: Produced in small batches, starting from shōchū distilled from grain. It is subsequently redistilled with local Japanese botanicals (yuzu, mikan, sansho, juniper, coriander) without wood aging, to preserve its purity and freshness.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
