Nose: Elegant and complex, with notes of ripe red fruits, plum, sweet spices, and light toasted nuances.
Taste: Structured and smooth, with well-defined tannins and a perfect balance between freshness and aromatic persistence. Nuances of red fruit, dark chocolate, and vanilla emerge on the palate.
Alcohol content: 13.5%
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Perfect with red meats, roasts, game, duck, and aged cheeses. It also pairs well with rich and flavorful pasta dishes.
Terroir: The grapes come from the vineyards of Tegna, Verscio, and Cavigliano, located in the Terre di Pedemonte. The mineral-rich soil and favorable microclimate ensure optimal grape ripening.
Vinification: Traditional fermentation with prolonged maceration to best extract color and tannins. Aging takes place in French oak barriques for 12 months, adding complexity and roundness to the wine.
