Aroma: Elegant and fresh, with intense floral notes of white flowers, followed by hints of citrus, green apple, and slight touches of aromatic herbs such as thyme and rosemary.
Taste: Fresh, balanced, and mineral. On the palate, it is characterized by a pleasant acidity, which enhances the fruity notes of lemon and white peach, balancing a slight savoriness. The persistence of flavor is remarkable, with a clean and slightly saline finish.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Ideal with fish-based dishes, shellfish, light first courses such as herb risotto or seafood pasta, or grilled white meats. It also pairs well with fresh vegetable appetizers and fresh or semi-mature cheeses.

Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in order to preserve the fresh aromas and the typical characteristics of Vermentino. The wine ages for a short period in steel, maintaining its freshness and aromatic purity.
