Palate: Dry and harmonious, with soft and well-integrated tannins. The wine is distinguished by a pleasant freshness and a light savoriness that balances the notes of red and black fruits. The finish is persistent and slightly almond-like, typical of Dolcetto.

Pairings: Perfect with pasta dishes featuring meat sauce, grilled white and red meats, medium-aged cheeses, and traditional Piedmontese dishes such as bagna càuda. Also excellent with mixed appetizers and cured meats.
Terroir: The Dolcetto vines are grown on the hilly terrain of Treiso, characterized by calcareous-clay soils that give the wine a particular freshness and a delicate tannic structure. Climatic conditions favor optimal grape ripening, ensuring an authentic expression of the variety.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo temperature-controlled maceration for about 10-12 days. After fermentation, the wine matures in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and aromatic integrity, followed by a short period of bottle aging before release.
