Origin: Modena, Emilia-Romagna, Italy
Ingredients: Selected cooked grape must and wine vinegar
Color: Dark brown, clear and bright
Aroma: Intense and elegant, with fresh fruity hints and woody notes derived from aging in barrels of precious woods
Flavor: Harmonic, smooth and enveloping, with a balance between sweetness and acidity. It presents a pleasant acetic note and a long-lasting taste
Acidity: Minimum 6%
Aging: Aged in 20 small barrels of different woods, including acacia, oak, chestnut, mulberry, juniper and cherry, which give the product complexity and depth
Use: Ideal for enhancing creamy risottos, fresh or decadent desserts, grilled red meats, roasts, aged cheeses and mushroom or truffle-based dishes
Format: 250 ml
Allergens: Does not contain chemical additives, caramel, coloring, gum arabic, artificial flavoring substances or added sulfites
Production Philosophy: Artisanal production, without the use of chemicals, with a natural aging process in barrels of precious woods

No, we currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein; consequently, we accept the Swiss Franc CHF as currency.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team. We will do everything possible to accommodate your requests.
