Origin: Valpolicella Classica, Veneto, Italy
Grape variety: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and other indigenous varieties
Color: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections
Bouquet: Complex and enveloping, with notes of ripe red fruit, cherries in spirits, dried plums, sweet spices, cocoa, tobacco, and balsamic hints
Taste: Structured, powerful, and harmonious, with velvety and well-integrated tannins. On the palate, flavors of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and spices are perceived, with a long and persistent finish that reveals surprising freshness and minerality.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
Pairings: Ideal with roasted red meats, game, braised meats, and aged cheeses. Also excellent as a meditation wine, to be enjoyed on its own to appreciate its complexity.
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located in the La Mattonara locality, characterized by calcareous-clay soils that give the wine extraordinary structure and longevity. The microclimate of Valpolicella, with warm days and cool nights, favors a slow and regular ripening of the grapes.
Vinification: After manual harvesting and drying of the grapes for about 4 months, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine matures in oak barrels for at least 7 years, followed by further aging in the bottle for 1-2 years before release.
Classification: PDO (Protected Designation of Origin)

Awards and ratings: The vintage received 97 points from Falstaff magazine, confirming the excellence of this Amarone Riserva. It was also awarded at the Decanter World Wine Awards with exceptional scores for its quality and aging potential.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
