Palate: Dry, balanced, with a light, lively acidity and good persistence. Notes of ripe fruit and a significant structure imparted by skin maceration

Terroir: Vineyards located in the San Martino area of Minusio, planted in 1988 at 400 meters above sea level.
Vinification: Skin maceration prior to controlled cold alcoholic fermentation, with partial malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel for 8 months
