Terroir: The vineyards are located on flat and hilly terrain in Gudo, benefiting from an ideal microclimate for viticulture.
Vinification: After a soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures of 12-14°C, using Champagne yeasts to impart freshness and aromatic variety. The wine matures on fine lees until bottling, lending breadth and structure. The Chardonnay is vinified separately in stainless steel.
