Taste: Dry and velvety, with aromas of ripe fruit, toasted almonds, and sweet spices. Long and persistent finish

Serving temperature: 17–18 °C, served in large glasses (balloon)
Pairings: A meditation spirit, ideal with dark chocolate, dried fruit, refined desserts, aged cheeses, and smoked meats
Terroir: Aged using the "Criaderas y Solera" system in American oak barrels previously used for Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry
Production: Double distillation in Charentais stills, using only the purest part of the distillate ("holanda"), with several years of aging, the last three in ex-PX barrels

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
