Raw materials: Fruit blend with at least 30% pears and the rest apples, as per the AOC Domfrontais regulations

Nose: Complex and enveloping, with notes of stewed fruit, ripe pears, jam, sweet spices, musk, oak wood, and beeswax
Palate: Dry and structured, with great elegance. Ripe fruit and spices emerge on the palate, with a powerful and persistent body. Long, spicy, and slightly smoky finish

Production: Single distillation in a column still. Aged for 20 years in oak barrels, which enrich the spirit with complexity and spicy notes
