Raw material: Apple cider from typical Normandy varieties, distilled and aged in oak barrels

Nose: Elegant and complex, with notes of ripe apple, apple blossom, violet, vanilla, sweet spices, toasted wood, hazelnut, and caramel
Palate: Harmonious and velvety, with a fruity entry of candied apple and white fruit, followed by nuances of caramel, praline, mature wood, and walnut. Long, persistent finish with echoes of baked apple, dry almond, and spices
