Origin: Stevns, Zealand, Denmark
Raw material: Stevns cherries (morello cherries)
Color: Intense, clear ruby red
Nose: Intense and fruity bouquet, dominated by cooked cherries and morello cherries, with notes of jam, sweet almond (from the pits), vanilla, and delicate spices.
Taste: Sweet and full-bodied, with a taste full of ripe cherries and morello cherries, well-balanced by light acidic notes and an aftertaste of almond and spices. Soft, velvety, with a slightly syrupy yet harmonious texture.
Alcohol content: 24% vol.
Serving temperature: 6-8 °C, ideal both neat as a digestif and mixed in cocktails
Pairings: Perfect in classic cocktails such as the Singapore Sling and Blood & Sand. Also excellent with chocolate desserts, red fruit tarts, ice cream, or simply as a topping on whipped cream or yogurt.
Terroir: The cherries come from the Stevns region, famous for its intense-tasting morello cherries. The temperate climate and mineral-rich soil give the fruit a concentrated aromatic profile, ideal for the production of liqueurs.
Production:
The cherries are harvested by hand in August, including the skins and pits, which contribute to the aromatic profile with hints of almond. After maceration in alcohol with sugar and natural spices, the liqueur matures in oak barrels for at least three years, reaching a complex and harmonious balance.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
