Raw material: Pure sugarcane juice, 100% Canne Bleue variety
Color: Light amber with golden highlights
Nose: Complex and refined, with notes of vanilla, oak, ripe tropical fruit, candied fruit, coconut, and almond, with light spices on the finish
Palate: Smooth and elegant, combining fruity sweetness and dry freshness; vanilla, dried fruit, toasted wood, and light spices emerge, with a long and harmonious finish
Alcohol content: 46.5%
Serving temperature: 18–20 °C
Pairings: Excellent for neat tasting; ideal with dark chocolate, dried fruit, figs, and dates; also perfect with low-sugar desserts and paired with mild cigars
Terroir: Produced according to the AOC Martinique regulations, obtained exclusively from blue cane juice grown in volcanic soils, enriched by a tropical climate that favors aromatic ripening and mineral complexity
Production: Distilled from fermented cane juice; aged for 4 years and 5 months in ex-bourbon American oak barrels; Single Cask bottling from a single numbered barrel, with no blending
Description: Clément Vieux Single Cask Canne Bleue is an agricultural rum of rare elegance, the result of the Canne Bleue variety, which offers intense aromas and unique aromaticity. Each bottle comes from a single barrel, making every edition exclusive. Aging in ex-bourbon barrels provides balance between fruity, spicy, and woody notes, for a refined and complex sip—an authentic expression of the Martinique terroir.

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
