Grape Variety: Ugni Blanc (distilled into eaux-de-vie, the main base for Cognac)
Color: Intense and brilliant gold, with deep amber highlights
Nose: Complex and enveloping, with aromas of cedar and licorice intertwined with sweet notes of honey and ripe fruit like plum and prune. Oriental and spicy nuances emerge, enriching its elegance.
Taste: On the palate, it is round, balanced, and velvety, with a beautiful fusion of dried fruit, honey, tobacco, and oak wood. Long, persistent finish, with hints of wild cherry, vanilla, and hazelnut.

Serving Temperature: 18/20° C
Pairings: Created to accompany cigars, but it also pairs well with dark chocolate desserts, dried fruit, refined pastries, and blue cheeses. Excellent as a digestif, served neat or with a cube of ice.
Terroir: The eaux-de-vie come from the best areas of the Cognac region and are aged for at least 7-8 years in French Limousin oak barrels. This long aging process provides structure, aromatic complexity, and a soft elegance to the spirit.
Vinification and Aging: Traditional distillation in copper stills and aging in oak barrels that impart spicy and woody notes, enriching the aromatic bouquet.
