Grape variety: Ugni Blanc (Trebbiano Bianco), with eaux-de-vie sourced primarily from Les Borderies

Nose: Complex and enveloping, with notes of plum and candied apples, enriched by spicy nuances of ginger and gingerbread, hints of mocha, roasted cocoa, and almonds
Taste: Smooth, round, and elegant. It delivers an explosion of candied fruit and sweet spices, with a long, warm, and lingering finish that combines roasted and fruity aromas in perfect balance

Serving temperature: Room temperature (18-20°C) in a tulip glass; optionally with a few drops of water to enhance its aromas

Vinification: A blend of selected eaux-de-vie aged from 10 to 25 years, distilled in copper Charentais pot stills and matured in fine-grained Tronçais oak barrels, which provide roundness and aromatic depth
