Taste: Velvety, full, and enveloping, with great fruity intensity, soft and silky on the palate. The finish is long, harmonious, and persistent, with a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness

Serving temperature: Serve chilled; also ideal with ice or in cocktails such as the Kir Royale
Pairings: Excellent as a base for Kir and Kir Royale with Champagne or traditional method sparkling wine. Perfect with red fruit-based desserts, ice cream, chocolate, and in the kitchen to enrich gourmet dishes and refined sauces
Terroir: The blackcurrants come from the slopes of Burgundy, in particular from selected plots in the Grands Crus. The Noir de Bourgogne variety, which has a very low yield, guarantees high aromatic concentration and great expressiveness. The fruits are harvested at optimal ripeness and immediately frozen to preserve their freshness and aroma
Production: The berries are macerated in neutral alcohol for 4–5 weeks at room temperature. The infusion is then decanted without filtration to maintain maximum aromatic intensity. This is followed by the blending of multiple infusions and the addition of crystallized sugar, resulting in a rich, balanced, and authentic liqueur

Elegant and velvety, it best represents the Burgundian liqueur tradition thanks to the intensity of the Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrant. This liqueur, awarded the silver medal at the 2018 Concours Agricole, is considered one of the best expressions of Crème de Cassis on the market. With its fruity and refined character, it is perfect both neat and in cocktails, offering unique tasting experiences.
