Bouquet: Elegant and complex, distinguished by notes of ripe black fruit, such as blackberry and plum, accompanied by hints of sweet spices, vanilla, and black pepper. Scents of tobacco and cocoa also emerge, imparted by the long aging in wood.
Taste: On the palate, it is structured and enveloping, with silky, well-integrated tannins that support a pleasant freshness. The taste is deep, with a long finish characterized by aromas of wild berries and a mineral touch typical of the Bolgheri terroir. Its sapidity and body make it a complex and harmonious wine, perfect for meditative tasting.

Vinification: The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks to preserve aromatic purity. This is followed by aging in French oak barriques for about 18 months, which enriches the wine with elegant toasted nuances and a balanced softness.
