Origin: Mombaruzzo, Asti, Piedmont, Italy

Nose: Elegant, harmonious, and pronounced, with hints of vanilla and ripe tropical fruit such as pineapple and peaches in syrup, accompanied by sweet pastry nuances.
Palate: Soft and velvety, with notes of vanilla and tropical fruit that blend into a balanced and persistent whole.
Alcohol content: 40%
Serving temperature: 12-14°C
Pairings: Ideal as an after-dinner drink; it pairs perfectly with tropical fruit desserts, vanilla-based sweets, and dry pastries. Also excellent as a meditation spirit.
Terroir: The pomace used comes from the hills of Monferrato, an area recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The clay and limestone soils, combined with the Piedmontese microclimate, provide an ideal foundation for the Chardonnay and Cortese varieties, enhancing their aromatic characteristics.
Distillation: The fresh pomace is distilled using the discontinuous method in copper steam stills. After distillation, the grappa matures for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels, which impart complexity and refinement to the aromas.

Obtained from Chardonnay and Cortese pomace, this grappa combines the freshness of white grapes with a complex structure derived from aging in wood.
